Seasons IGA Bardon is seeking a passionate and experienced Grocery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our grocery department in a brand-new store environment.

• Manage overall grocery operations, availability and merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels, planograms, ticketing and promotional execution
• Lead, develop and mentor a small team; manage rosters and training
• Minimise waste and maximise efficiency and on-shelf availability
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, store leadership and support office
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation

• 3+ years grocery management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills; hands-on approach
• Proven results across availability, waste control and promo execution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for customer service and community food retail

Seasons IGA Bardon is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Butcher. You’ll own production planning, quality, food safety and presentation while coaching your team to deliver standout service and fresh, great-looking cabinets every day.

• Plan production to match demand; manage ordering, stock rotation and yields
• Maintain exceptional quality, freshness, ticketing and merchandising standards
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and OH&S procedures
• Minimise waste and maximise margin through smart buying and yields
• Collaborate with Store Manager and support office on promos and seasonal events

• 3+ years meat/butchery management or supervisory experience
• Strong knife skills and product knowledge (beef, lamb, pork, poultry, smallgoods)
• Proven results in production planning, margin and waste control
• High standards in food safety, cleanliness and compliance
• Customer-first mindset and pride in presentation

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Produce 2IC to support our Produce Manager in delivering an exceptional fresh produce department.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong produce experience who is ready to take the next step in their retail career and develop their leadership skills within a growing supermarket group.

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Produce Department.
• Support and supervise the Produce team, stepping up in the Produce Manager's absence.
• Maintain exceptional standards of freshness, quality, presentation and availability.
• Assist with stock ordering, rotation and inventory management.
• Help minimise shrink and waste while maintaining strong product availability.
• Support catalogue, promotional and seasonal merchandising.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and department organisation.
• Assist with training and developing team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Previous supermarket produce or fresh food experience.
• Supervisory, 2IC or leadership experience is highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for fresh food and quality presentation.
• Strong knowledge of stock rotation, merchandising and waste management.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
