We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Back Dock Team Member to join our team at Seasons IGA Wises Road.

About the Role

As a Back Dock Team Member, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing deliveries, stock movement, and maintaining an organised back-of-house area.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and working as part of a team.

• Receive and check incoming deliveries. 
• Safely unload and move stock throughout the store. 
• Organise and maintain the backdock and storage areas. 
• Assist departments with stock replenishment as required. 
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained. 
• Work efficiently as part of the wider store team.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have a positive “can-do” attitude. 
• Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking. 
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks. 
• Work well in a fast-paced environment. 
• Have good organisational and communication skills. 
• Previous supermarket, warehouse, or back dock experience is preferred but not essential. 

• Full-time position. 
• Monday to Friday roster. 
• 6:00am starts required.

• Operate registers and process transactions accurately. 
• Assist customers with enquiries and purchases.
