We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Grocery Manager to lead the Grocery Department at Seasons IGA Caloundra.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership of their department and treat it as their own business. You’ll play a key part in growing the store’s reputation, enhancing the product offering, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience tailored to our local community.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday

• Oversee daily operations and ordering within the grocery department
• Ensure exceptional stock presentation, ticketing, and pricing standards
• Maintain optimal stock levels while minimising waste
• Lead, train, and develop your team
• Manage rostering and employee support services
• Communicate effectively with the support office, suppliers, customers, and staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the store 

• Proven experience in grocery retail management
• A passion for the grocery industry and fresh food
• Strong leadership skills and a team-first mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• High attention to detail and standards
