Seasons IGA Wises Rd is seeking a passionate and experienced Grocery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our grocery department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of your department in a well-established, independently owned supermarket. You’ll be part of a supportive team that’s committed to providing outstanding customer service, fresh products, and a great local shopping experience.

•   Manage the overall  operations of the grocery department.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels and merchandising standards.
• Lead, develop and mentor a small team.
• Ensure accurate pricing and promotional execution.
• Minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, store management, and the support office.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ticketing, and presentation.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

•  Previous experience in a grocery management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach.

Seasons Supermarkets have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing company as a Deli Supervisor.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of the department as if it were your own business. The successful applicant will play an integral part in enhancing the store’s service and product offering to meet the needs of our local community.

You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Deli Department.
• Lead, supervise and motivate a small team to achieve high standards.
• Assist with ordering and stock control to maintain product availability and freshness.
• Ensure effective merchandising and presentation of the deli.
• Accurately complete staff rostering in consultation with management.
• Drive outstanding customer service and engagement.
• Support training, coaching and performance of team members.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Significant knowledge and experience in fresh deli retail.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a retail or food environment.
